Emma Watson made sure she had comfy shoes on her feet on Monday as she pounded the pavements of New York in search of a new apartment.
The 23-year-old British actress is on the hunt for new digs in Manhattan, and reportedly checked out one building on the Upper East Side.
The brand new condominium building currently has nine apartments available, including the penthouse with an asking price of $15.5 million.

According to The New York Daily News, the top floor condo comes with four en-suite bedrooms with walk-in closets, a large living and dining room, kitchen, pantry and office for the owner to enjoy.
The block was built in 1912, with the exterior unchanged since its completion 100 years ago, but it underwent a renovation in 2012 to dramatically change the entry, lobby, amenities and shared areas to incorporate modern design to the historic architecture.
The building comes with 24-hour white glove service, a fitness centre, children's playroom, and a multi-purpose function room for meetings, parties or movie screenings.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Emma has amassed a $50 (£30.1) million fortune, having received a $15 (£9) million paycheck each for the Deathly Harrows Part One and Part Two, as well as landing lucrative modelling deals for Chanel, LancĂ´me and Burberry.

It's no wonder then that Emma might be willing to splash the cash on one of the luxury condos, and move out of her current apartment which bares the reminders of her ex-boyfriend of two years Will Adamowicz.
He was reportedly waiting for the Harry Potter star outside her current block on Monday, according to onlookers.
Money to spend: Having amassed a reported $50 million fortune, Emma could easily splash the cash on a penthouse apartment in the 100 year old building

Do You Wanna Build a Snowman? Lyrics

This song is about how lonely Anna (Voice of Kristen Bell) is and how she wants to spend time and play with her sister, Elsa. It shows her at different ages throughout the song. Just before the last verse of the song, her parents went off on a ship and you can see it capsize, their parents died, so the last verse is sadder.

Anna:
Elsa?
(Knocking)
Do you wanna build a snowman?
Come on lets go and play
I never see you anymore
Come out the door
It's like you've gone away
We used to be best buddies
And now we're not
I wish you would tell me why
Do you wanna build a snowman?
It doesn't have to be a snowman.
Elsa:
Go away, Anna.
Anna:
Okay, bye.
(Knocking)
Do you wanna build a snowman?
Or ride our bikes around the halls
I think some company is overdue
I've started talking to the pictures on the walls
(Hang in there, Joan!)
It gets a little lonely
All these empty rooms
Just watching the hours tick by
(Tic-Tock, Tic-Tock, Tic-Tock, Tic-Tock)
(Knocking)
Elsa,
Please, I know you're in there
People are asking where you've been
They say have courage, and I'm trying to
I'm right out here for you, just let me in
We only have each other
It's just you and me
What are we gonna do?
Do you wanna build a snowman?

Let It Go Lyrics

This version of "Let It Go" is from the 2013 Disney movie Frozen. It is composed by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez. This version of "Let It Go" was a nominee in the Golden Globes for best movie song.

The snow glows white on the mountain tonight
Not a footprint to be seen
A kingdom of isolation, and it looks like I'm the Queen
The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside
Couldn't keep it in; Heaven knows I've tried
Don't let them in, don't let them see
Be the good girl you always have to be
Conceal, don't feel, don't let them know
Well now they know
Let it go, let it go
Can't hold it back any more
Let it go, let it go
Turn away and slam the door
I don't care what they're going to say
Let the storm rage on
The cold never bothered me anyway
It's funny how some distance
Makes everything seem small
And the fears that once controlled me
Can't get to me at all
It's time to see what I can do
To test the limits and break through
No right, no wrong, no rules for me,
I'm free!
Let it go, let it go
I am one with the wind and sky
Let it go, let it go
You'll never see me cry
Here I stand
And here I'll stay
Let the storm rage on
My power flurries through the air into the ground
My soul is spiraling in frozen fractals all around
And one thought crystallizes like an icy blast
I'm never going back, the past is in the past
Let it go, let it go
And I'll rise like the break of dawn
Let it go, let it go
That perfect girl is gone
Here I stand
In the light of day
Let the storm rage on
The cold never bothered me anyway!

Samsung Galaxy Gear works with the Nexus 5, at least unofficially

samsung galaxy gear aa 17
The Samsung Galaxy Gear might have been met with a mixed reception at launch, but there’s no denying that underneath it’s initial issues, there’s plenty of potential. To Samsung’s credit, they are slowly but surely addressing some of the watch’s biggest problem areas by further refining the software, enhancing the watch’s notification system and improving the smart watch app situation.
Unfortunately one issue that still holds the Galaxy Gear back is device compatibility. At launch the Galaxy Gear only worked with the Note 3, and while it now supports a few other popular Samsung devices, those without a Samsung handset are left out in the dark. The good news for Nexus 5 owners is that you can now join the exclusive “Galaxy Gear compatible” club, at least unofficially.
Thanks to the efforts of XDA member pcelli, a method for pairing the Nexus 5 with the Galaxy Gear has been detailed, and involves pulling certain files from the Gear Manager APK and manually installing them on your handset. Although the process is a bit involved, the good news is that it allows your Nexus device to work almost the same as an approved Samsung handset would. The only exception to this is that S Voice and Weather are touch Wiz-dependent features, and therefore don’t work.
The method has only been officially confirmed to work with the Nexus 5, though Sam Mobile was able to at least pair it with the Nexus 7. They were unable to fully test if it works with the tablet however, as it requires you to reset your Galaxy Gear to factory settings before it can fully connect to the Nexus 5 or Nexus 7. Outside the Nexus 5 and possibly Nexus 7, it’s also possible that this method may work on other smart phones and tablets, but there are no guarantees.
For more details on how to pair a Nexus handset or tablet with the Galaxy Gear you’ll want to head on over to the XDA developer’s forum. If the Galaxy Gear supported more non-Samsung handsets out-of-the-box (or even unofficially) would you consider buying the Gear or do you feel that the company’s first smart watch attempt just doesn’t cut it for your needs?

Lottie Moss stars in first fashion shoot

Kate Moss may be celebrating turning 40 today but her little sister Lottie is celebrating the unveiling of her first modelling gig

Lottie Moss in her first editorial shoot for Dazed & Confused

Kate Moss's half-sister Lottie Moss has taken up her first proper modelling gig after being officially signed by Storm Models last week - and she's gone to her former almost-brother-in-law's publication to do so.

The 16-year-old stars in an editorial entitled From Lottie with Love in the latest issue of Dazed & Confused, the magazine that was set up by Jefferson Hack, Kate Moss's former partner and the father of her daughter Lila.
The shoot, which has been strategically released on the day of elder Moss's 40th birthday, took place on the streets of London with photographers Sean and Seng, both of whom couldn't have been more taken with the teen.
"She's so sweet and full of character, with a piercing stare that can turn from coy to seductive in a second," they said. "We wanted the shoot to have an easy London feel. We were thinking of a young Jean Shrimpton, Marianne Faithfull or Plum Sykes."

In the shoot, styled by Robbie Spencer, little Moss wears pieces by the likes of Top-shop, Prada and Dolce & Gabbana.

Today's music picks: Katy Perry, Bruno Mars announce tour dates

Katy Perry arrives at the American Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, in Los Angeles.Katy Perry is ready to "Roar." The Grammy-nominated pop star, who has again struck gold with the single "Roar," has announced dates for her upcoming Prismatic World Tour. It kicks off
22 in North Carolina and includes stops in 46 cities. And -- yes, Bay Area Perry fanatics -- it does include a night at SAP Center in San Jose on Sept. 22. Tickets for the San Jose show ($28-$150.50, subject to change) go on sale at 10 a.m. January 27 through www.ticketmaster.com. There are, of course, pre-sale opportunities, which you can learn about at www.katyperry.com. Truth be told, Perry is far better on the radio than she is on the live stage. Yet, I'm hoping that changes with this new tour. Read full story here.

It's time for more Moonshine. Bruno Mars has added more dates to his Moonshine Jungle Tour and performs May 28 at Oracle Arena in Oakland. Tickets go on sale Feb. 3 through www.ticketmaster.com. Prices haven't been announced yet, but on another stop in the same tour, prices are listed at $50.75-$98.25. Mars is up for four trophies at the 56th Grammy Awards, which take place Jan. 26 in Los Angeles. Most notably, his smash "Locked Out of Heaven" is nominated for both record and song of the year. He'll also headline this year's Super Bowl halftime show, which, conveniently, happens just one day before those Oakland tickets going on sale. Read full story here.

Kacey Musgraves, Capital Cities and Tegan and Sara will split the opening-act duties on Katy Perry's tour. I don't know which one will perform in San Jose, but I've got my fingers crossed that it's Musgraves. She's an amazing young country singer-songwriter, who I believe has a strong shot at taking home the best new artist award at this year's Grammys. Let's hope she find her way to San Jose. Listen to a stream of Musgraves' album below.
